This beautiful house is located right at the beginning of the main street of the village, with a beautiful view over the square, the Corso, the mountains, and also the sea from the back side.

It’s a two-level house.

. On the entrance level there is the bathroom (I think it would be good to re-tile it, but it’s fully functional) and the bedroom, which is actually much larger than it looks, because behind the wardrobe there is more space – so overall it’s a spacious room.

. Upstairs there is the living/dining area. This floor has two terraces: one overlooking the square, big enough to eat outside, and the other facing the sea, which is very relaxing and pleasant.

The house is in good condition, and it’s also a historical property. The big advantage is its location: being on the main street means you can park right below the house, you have all the shops around you, and you can just step out for a walk. It’s really a lovely home 🩵
