This astonishing house is located in Badolato, it is independent and was built on a cliff more than 200 years ago. All the walls are made by stones from the local river. The house is easily accessible from a pedestrian street and it's very close to the main plaza. The whole village is a pedestrian zone. 

The house is around 55 sqm and it develops on a unique floor and in the typical style common in all these ancient village houses. There is a tiny kitchen space, a living, a bedroom, a bathroom and another space that can be used like a guest bedroom. There is also a beautiful terrace. The house must be renovated. 

Badolato enjoys an impressive sea view, structured like a ship in the middle of the hills and it doesn't know any pollution or traffic. The village is only 5 km from the beach: there are restaurants, bar, tobacco shop, food stores and all you need. Badolato is considered one of the most beautiful village of Italy.
