The palace is located in Isca sullo Ionio and dates back to the mid-18th century. It has a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and extends over four floors.

• Ground floor: A spacious entrance leads to the old cellar rooms, which were formerly used for storing wine and oil. These are very large, characterful spaces.

  
  

• First floor: Inhabited by the last heir until the 1990s. A basic renovation was carried out with water pipes and radiator connections, but the original floors, doors, and windows have been preserved. This floor consists of four large rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and a pantry.
